Tangles

Tangles is a feature length animated film directed by Leah Nelson, produced by Point Grey Pictures, Lylas Pictures, and Monarch Media. The film premiered at 2026 Cannes Film Festival and was in competition at the 2026 Annecy International Film Festival.

The film tells the story of a young woman is forced to return to the conservative small town where her bizarre family lives to take care of her mother, having to deal with the cruel reality of her mom's Alzheimer disease and become the daughter they need.

Starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Abbi Jacobson, Brian Cranston, Beanie Feldstein, Seth Rogen, Sarah Silverman, Samira Wiley, Wanda Sykes, and Bowen Yang.

Ryland Haggis from Playdate Audio was the Audio Director, helping to lead the creative audio team that encompassed music, sound design, voice casting/direction, and audio post-production.
